There has been a lot of fuss recently about the apparent disclosure of the Apple Genius training manual. Some commentators are completely uncomfortable with what they perceive as corporate indoctrination of staff.

Breaking up a team to keep it going

Very late afterthought from the London 2012 closing concert… there was a recurring theme of internal strife in the history of some of the featured ‘legends’ e.g. the Kinks, Pink Floyd, The Who, The Beatles etc.
