I applaud anyone who continually strives to improve their performance, skills, knowledge and potential through learning and gaining new experience.

Such a strategy is both sound and highly plausible so why wouldn’t we all pursue this approach?

It should ensure that we extend our potential and personal relevance in an ever-changing world.
